Fudgy Chocolate Crinkles:
1 c. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. white sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. powdered sugar
Combine cocoa, oil, and sugar. Add eggs one by one. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Chill for a few hours or overnight. Scoop balls of dough and roll til smooth and round. Coat in powdered sugar. Bake at 325° F for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven before you really think they're done. I they are the best when they are still chewy and slightly gooey in the middle. Freeze leftovers for best result.
Veggie Dip:
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. sour cream
1/3 c. cheddar cheese powder
3 tbsp. sour cream and onion powder
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. sugar
