Exercise #1: HEELS ELEVATED DUMBBELL SQUAT. When you elevate your heels on a small one or 2 inch platform, it will make the exercise a lot easier on your knees and ankles. Anytime you are working your legs, initiate the movement by hinging at the hips. With the heels elevated, it also places more emphasis on your quads.
Exercise #2: INCLINE DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS. Use a neutral grip and an incline angle, bring the weights out wide when you hit the stretch. I recommend using dumbbells over barbells when doing a bench press.
Exercise #3: DUMBBELL DEADLIFT. Make sure you are not doing a squat in this exercise. Keep your hips high, hinge at the hips, and keep the dumbbells riding down your legs. This will focus more on your glutes and lower back.
