Neighbors Form ‘Circle of Love’ for Victim of Racist Vandalism
Stacey Livingston is standing in what she calls a Circle of Love, as a motorcade of neighbors drives by her house, showing their support. Stacey was the victim of a man who walked up to her house and started berating her with racist slurs, as well as painting them on her driveway. The man, who turned out to be a neighbor in her Frisco, Texas neighborhood, also allegedly cut her telephone and cable TV lines. Now, her neighbors have gathered to show Stacey she’s not alone. #InsideEdition
