If your dog barks all the time, he's NOT a watchdog. He's just a nightmare.

Many cities and towns offer no help to it's citizens who are constantly blasted by dog noise from neighbors. Sugar Land, Texas is just such a place. Do not bother calling the police, animal control or city council as they will not help at all. In fact, a city prosecutor told me on Sept 13, 2011 that the City Of Sugar Land is in the process of weakening the local law against noisy dogs. Thank you City Of Sugar Land. Thank you city council.
