Winter’s mission takes Dante Virellis—a rebellious noble, performer, and Silverquill student from Strixhaven School of Magic—to the frozen tundra of the frost giants.
Though meant to be a serious diplomatic envoy to parley with the mighty Jarl, focus proves hard to maintain when his daughter enters the hall—tall, strong, and stunning even by giant standards.

What began as duty quickly melts into temptation.
After a night of “personal negotiation” in secret, Dante finds himself fleeing at dawn, the Jarl’s furious roar echoing across the snow. The mission? A failure politically… but a roaring success romantically. Depends which side you’re cheering for.

Frost giants have always been some of my favorites—the Viking aesthetic, the martial pride, and their unrelenting presence across the icy wastes make them one of the most striking giants in D&D lore. I use them whenever I can.

💡 Fun Frost Giant Fact: According to D&D Monster Manual, frost giants value strength above all else—even their social hierarchy is decided by feats of battle. A giantess besting her suitors in combat before choosing one is completely normal.
