Luckily, my 80-year-old neighbor grandpa had a field full of broad beans.
Picked 14 kg, a basket of broad beans.
Peel a third of the fava beans and the other two-thirds as much as you normally eat.
Peeled broad beans, cooked can be made into a variety of delicious food.
This time I made cold bean salad, beef vegetable with broad bean, and broad bean with meat.
每年谷雨的時候，也就是吃蠶豆的時候。
去年秋天蠶豆種的早了些，導致今年長得太差，沒吃上蠶豆。
還好80歲鄰居爺爺種了一大田的蠶豆。
採摘了14 kg，一背簍蠶豆。
剝了三分之一的蠶豆，剩下的三分之二平時吃多少剝多少。
剝了皮的蠶豆，煮熟了就可以做成各種美食了。
這次我做了涼拌蠶豆，牛皮菜炒蠶豆，蠶豆炒肉。
