川渝人愛花椒也愛花椒油。小時候父親總愛在土地邊種上幾顆花椒樹，夏天的時候，媽媽就會把花椒摘了拌各種美味的涼菜，還會做一些花椒油。
在一個阿姨家採摘一背簍花椒，拌了涼麵和涼粉，還熬製了一大罐花椒油，好麻好香喲。做花椒魚，水煮牛肉也超好吃。

Sichuan and Chongqing people love pepper and pepper oil. When I was young, my father always liked to plant a few pepper trees by the side of the land. In summer, my mother would pick the pepper and mix it with various delicious cold dishes, and also make some pepper oil.
I picked a basket of peppercorns at an aunt’s house, mixed them with cold noodles and jelly, and made a large jar of peppercorn oil, which was so numb and fragrant. It is also super delicious to make pepper fish and boiled beef.
