My Full Upper Body Workout Routine| How I Toned My Arms! FAT TO JACKED!

Hey guys! You asked for it so I gave it to you! Here is my favourite upper body exercises that I am currently doing at the gym! This is how I went from FAT to JACKED haha.

In all seriousness, I combined losing fat with a calorie deficit and lifting weights to get to where I am at now. There are NO shortcuts.

This is what I do in the gym and what works for me and what I enjoy! This does not mean if you train like me you will get the same results! This video is for entertainment purposes only!
