As the driving force behind Ethiopia’s economy as well as a pillar of its culture, coffee plays an integral role in the lives of Ethiopian immigrants in America; Bunna Cafe owner Kedega Srage values the practice as a way to connect with her native country and to the memories she has of her childhood overseas.
