HEADACHES FROM NECK PAIN GONE

Headaches being caused from restriction and pain in the neck area is very common; Senan had been suffering for the last few weeks with neck pain and headaches at the posterior of the head.

By freeing up the surrounding area and scapula we were able to get rid of the restriction causing this.

While we were there we spent some time freeing up and lower back and glutes which Senan had found causing him discomfort during training.
