AGONISING FOOT DEEP TISSUE SESSION

Jaime had been doing a ton of cycling, running and home workouts which involved a lot of lower body work.

Jaime's legs were taking longer than usual to recover and so we booked in a full leg session.

While on the feet we found that Jaime was walking more on his lateral arch causing callous to build up, we concentrated on his feet to free up the discomfort he was feeling the rest of the way up.
