Your direct lifeline to God is you.

God is with you as your I-Amness. You can cover it up with thoughts all you want, however, the truth remains ever naked.

Recognize the innermost sense of Self or the most interior sense of “Me.” Where else would you go to find God? To contact God? To commune with God? To be God?

The idea behind tuning into your most direct, most interior sense or feeling of “I” or “me” is to simply draw your focus into a direct and unfiltered experience of God, rather than maintaining an intellectual frame of reference.

Any time you tune into your innermost sense of “Me,” you let go of the world of concepts a little bit more; you become more anchored in Awareness/Being itself.

I Am equals God. That's where you commune with God. That's where you are one with God.
