Because if you’re as connected as you can be to your Higher Self then the communication channels of understanding and intuition and empathy and understanding the other, being able to resonate with them, will be most open.

So the more connected you are to your own Higher Self, the more you’ll be able to dialogue with other Higher Selves. Whereas if you’re only connected to your own physical mind, you can only contact others at physical mind level as well.

So I can talk to you at a physical mind level, or if I’m connected to my own Higher Self, I can connect to your Higher Self more clearly.
