These brand new $2,000 townhomes in Phoenix are sitting vacant. The builder just delivered them at a rent that's too high for the market. With the result being that they are sitting vacant.

This trend of vacant rentals across America is becoming more and more common heading into 2024. Especially in an area like Arizona where the rent surged so much during the pandemic. And where locals are now priced out of the rental market.
