Easy Bread Pudding Recipe

A great way to get rid of stale bread. You can also freeze your stale (or fresh) bread to make this pudding later.

Get creative with your extra additions. I tried blueberries recently and it was wonderful.

-Put 2 cups cubed, stale bread (I actually leave the crusts on now and it's just fine) into a buttered casserole dish. Make sure they fill out the dish and only come up halfway (you can also use ramekins for single servings, but be sure to bake them less if you use this method).

Beat in a 2 cup Pyrex measuring cup:
-2 eggs
-1/3 cup sugar
-vanilla, salt, and spices to taste
-whole milk, filled to the tippy-top of the measuring cup (so, about 2-2.5 cups)

Pour liquid mixture over the bread cubes, pressing down occasionally and soaking for a half hour. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set. It should wobble.
