With the fear that the UK will leave the EU with a 'no-deal', European Union citizens have been applying in their droves for settled status to stay in the country.

These include Magdalena Filipova-Rivers, a councillor from Oxfordshire who has been refused settled status, despite having two British children and is married to a British citizen.
