How to Can Peaches in a Water Bath Canner Using the Hot Pack Method
I show how to can peaches using the Hot Pack Method and water bath canning. This is just the way I do it and have done it for several years. Peaches can also be raw packed but I find the hot pack method yields a better result. I used the Ball FreshTECH electric water bath canner but this works for a traditional water bath canner also.
