The Puma - also known as the Mountain Lion, Cougar, Panther and Catamount - can be very difficult to observe and photography in North America, where other top predators like Wolves and Bears challenge the cats. However, in Patagonia, comprising the southern reaches of both Chile and Argentina, the Puma dominates the landscape. It is the top predator there, with only humans posing a true danger. This short film features the Puma in all of its glory: on a kill; a mother with cubs; and a large male cat courting a female. The film also showcases the rugged Patagonian landscape, one of the most beautiful on Earth.
