The myth about belly fat loss
The most common question asked to me when it comes to working out is: how can I lose the fat on my belly. And I have to remind them that there is no magic answer.
The places in our body where we gain fat the fastest is usually the place we will lose it last. You must be patient and you must be consistent. There is no one workout that will help. It is a combination.

✅ total body strength training
✅ cardio
✅ healthy diet
Nutrition will play the biggest part in your fitness journey. By that, I don’t mean strict dieting. In fact, you need a balanced healthy diet with protein, carbohydrates, good fats, fiber - the works.
