Most of my adulthood, I have been in the same weight range. I used to think that I stay active and workout every week, sometimes just once or twice a week, to maintain my weight. But as I got older and learned more about fitness and training, I learned that what working out was helping me get stronger and healthier, and it was no longer about the weighing scale for me. Now, I workout because I feel good afterwards and I know it helps me be a healthier version of myself, which will only help me as I get older.
