The Farmer's walk is an incredible highly underrated exercise. 🙌

It's a full body exercise that can improve muscle strength and power, as well as cardiovascular health and endurance.

It also stimulates a number of muscle groups, including the legs, glutes, upper back, traps, lats, abs, biceps, forearms, hand muscles & more. 💪

Here are some cues:
🔥 Keep your chest up & shoulders back
🔥 Engage your core by keeping it nice and tight
🔥 Walk in a straight line, and take small controlled steps
