Wall Street Investor taking $50,000 LOSS on this house in Phoenix

A private equity fund bought this house in Phoenix, Arizona for $400k at the peak of the bubble and is now taking a $50,000 loss and trying to sell it a year later.

This is a signal that Wall Street Investors are beginning to sell out of the US Housing Market, as a combination of rising interest rates to go along with stagnating rents has squeezed investor profitability.

It seems like the city that these investors are starting to sell in first is Phoenix, but if it spreads, the selloff could soon impact cities like Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Las Vegas.
