Sellers are cutting the price of houses in Sarasota, Florida over the last several months due a to big increase in inventory.

There are simply fewer people moving into Sarasota, and nearby North Port, to buy homes. At the same time, a combination of investors and home builders are flooding the market with new listings.

Be careful if you're a homebuyer in Florida entering 2024.
