🐶Your elbow, for the most part, is a byproduct of wrist and shoulder function, much like the knee and ankle and hip function.

🌈Working on strengthening your wrist extensors almost always creates more of a problem, because they aren’t ‘weak’ they’re hyper active and doing the work of the shoulder. Yep, lazy shoulder!

🍩A rounded anterior shoulder carriage, or weak external shoulder rotation, will hijack your elbow mechanics and force it pick up the slack at the shoulder. Not designed for that!

🏀Instead, open up the shoulder to allow for a more complete range of motion, THEN, start retraining and strengthening the shoulder to operate in an optimal position.
