This post discusses what I believe to be one of the most criminally underrated exercises: the bodyweight row. AKA the "Inverted Row" or "Inverted Push Up."
Many people think of this exercise as an easier alternative to the chin up... but it's much more than that! Bodyweight rows are amazing for developing core strength, preventing injury, enhancing athleticism, and preparing you for advanced calisthenics movements.
