🍗🧀🍛What's for Dinner | Week of Pantry Meals | Real Life Budget Friendly Meals
Hello my fellow family foodie friend!
This week I planned all my meals for dinner using pantry and freezer meals! It was a fun challenge and my budget certainly benefited!

Recipes:
Breakfast:
-Bag of Hashbrowns, heated in butter, salt/pepper until browned and crispy
-Frozen Pancakes from previous dinners. Microwaved (pumpkin & regular)
-Blueberry Sauce (estimates): Add 2 cups Frozen blueberries, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1 tsp sugar to small sauce pan. Heat. If want thicker add a bit of cornstarch and water mixed together (a little goes a long way)
-White Chocolate and Peppermint Pancakes - From World Market and Made according to directions
-Sausage Patties: Heated in pan according to package directions (Great Value Brand)
Pizza Bake:
Make and drain 16 oz box of rotini. Mix with 1 jar marinara, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt and italian seasoning. Pour into a greased 9*13 dish (or two pie plates). Cover with pepperoni and shredded mozzerella. Bake at 350 until cheese is golden. Serve with garlic bread of choice and salads.
Hot Tenders:
Frozen Tenders in Air Fryer for 15 minutes at 370. Once done, coat in hot sauce of choice. Return to air fryer for 5 more minutes. Serve with frozen potatoes, baked according to directions.
Lo Mein:
In sesame oil, fry 1 onion in slivers, 1 bag peas and carrots, broccoli florets and diced green onion. When vegetables are as soft as you desire, add lo mein sauce and 1 box cooked lo mein noodles.

Chicken Pot Pasta:
Boil trim chicken breast in 6 cups water and 6 chicken bouillon cubes. When Chicken in cooked, shred (I use electric hand mixer). While chicken is boiling saute 3 tbsp butter, 1 diced onion, 1 diced carrot, 4 stalks diced celery. When soft mix in 1/4 cup flour then add to the shredded cooked chicken. Add in frozen peas and carrots. Add in 1.5 cups heavy cream. Add spices: parsley, celery salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic salt. Cook low and slow to get thicker. finally, add in a bag of essenhaus wide noodles. Cook while stirring. Eventually, turn off the heat, cover and let noodles finish cooking. Stir when ready to serve!
Taquitos:
-Trader Joe's taquitos found in the freezer section. Cook according to directions.

-Corn: boil and drain 1 package frozen corn. Mix in 2 tbsp butter, 1 tsp pink himalayan sea salt, 1 tsp dried cilantro and 1 tsp minced garlic.
Serve all with cheese sauce, salsa and sour cream.
