FAMILY MEAL PLAN - MEAL PREP AND RECIPES BUDGET FRIENDLY
I don't meal prep every week. but when I do I make a YouTube video to share with everyone how awesome I am...I mean how awesome meal planning is and how much time and money it can save you!!!!

This is part two for that video where I am sharing my meal prep and recipes for five budget family meals plus some baking too...I LOVE when I make the effort to plan meals (saves time and money) and meal prep a week's worth of dinners on one day (saves my sanity). it just makes the entire week easier and stress-free when it comes to that dreaded question "What's for dinner????" haha I actually enjoy cooking but it's the neverending cycle of decisions on what to make...tripping off to the grocery store every second day because you don't have the ingredients to make what you want...finding the time EVERY DAY to spend cooking meals and then all that cleanup!!!
Meal planning and prepping only takes a few hours each week but the difference it makes to a smooth-running household is worth everything...
