In this video, I go over the the repair for the squeaking fan motor, and the green light of death. The Maxxair fan comes standard with a 2 year warranty, so I highly encourage anyone with problems to contact Maxxair directly. They will ship the parts to you. The squeaking fan and green light of death has been well documented, and you should get replacement parts for free from Maxxair.

I also show the procedure to replace the main circuit board and touch pad, so you can also have the reverse function if your fan doesn't have that function.

I bought the circuit board from Ebay, and the touch pad from Adventure RV. They had the best cost for the parts.
