Weight Loss without RESTRICTION + What I Ate Today
Ok! We've all agreed not to purposefully calorie restrict any more... Now what???
Now we facilitate permanent weight loss by:
1.) Naturally and safely increasing metabolic rate (we'll go into deeeeeep detail in upcoming videos).
2.) Letting our natural appetite regulating mechanisms function by eating foods our bodies can register, digest, assimilate, and eliminate; i.e. whole plant foods.
3.) We reduce caloric density while maximizing nutrient density. That's what we're talking about in this video!
