哈喽大家, 我是艾琳,在大家的强烈要求下,
今天我们要做的是10分钟全身,从头到脚的拉伸。

虽然说我比较懒,但是一般做完力量训练之后我也会拉伸个10分钟
因为拉伸不仅有助于肌肉的恢复,还能让线条更加漂亮。
