WORKOUT DETAILS

- Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 5kg in this video)
- Warm Up: 5 Minutes
- Workout: 6 Rounds:
1. Front Squats
2. Renegade Row Burpees
3. V Ups
4. Thrusters
5. Burpee over Dumbbells
6.Rest

- Cool Down: 6 Minutes
- No Jumping
