Jamie Windsor - A Welshman Who Rowed 3000 Miles Across the Atlantic

In 2009, two Cardiff firemen rowed from the Canary islands 3000 miles across the Atlantic to Barbados for charity. On their 3 month journey they encountered dolphins, swam with whales and avoided sharks whilst surviving on a four hour rowing, four hour sleeping pattern through day and night. Jamie tells you how they managed it, despite neither of them having ever rowed before.

Filmed on Wednesday 15th April, this event was organised by the Friends of Rhydypennau library group. All information on future events such as these and also to help save Rhydypennau Library can be seen on the Facebook page "Save Rhydypennau Library!"
