Episode 3: Carne Asada Fries

Hello! Today I'm cookin' carne asada fries. I made my own seasoning for the beef flap meat and made sweet potato fries instead of regular potato fries. This is another "assemble" type recipe, so each element can be switched up depending on your taste preference. You can put the same seasoning on plant based meat. That would be delicious too! :)
