Hello! Today I'm making Shrimp Quesadilla! Quesadilla is always a delicious dish to make and super easy to change up depending on what you got. Change the shrimp out for beef or chicken. You can even omit that completely and go all cheese. The possibilities are endless. Paired with homemade pico de gallo and guacamole and you got a flavorful plate waiting for ya. :)
