WORKOUT

(ALWWAYS WARM UP BEFORE WORK OUT - GET THAT BLOOD FLOWING, I ALWAYS WORK MY WAY UP TO MY TOP SETS)

CHEST:

1) Incline DB press | 2 top sets until failure

2) Machine Chest press | 2 top sets 8-10 rep range and back off set

3) Decline Chest Press | 2 sets until failure (Really squeeze and feel that mind muscle connection)

4) Machine Fly's | 2 Sets until maximun failure

ARMS:

1) Tricep Pull down | 1 top set and back off set (Slow and controlled reps - full range of motion)

2) DB bicep curls | 1 top set until maximum failure and back off set (Slow and controlled reps - full range of motion)

3) Single arm Tricep Extension | 1 set until maximum failure (Slow and controlled reps - full range of motion)
