3 cloves - garlic / bawang putih
50 g - capsicum / paprika

2 tbsp - olive oil / minyak
1 litre - water / air
2 tbsp - tom yum paste / pasta tom yam
1 - salmon fish head / kepala ikan salmon

2 tsp - salt / garam
300 ml - evaporated milk / susu evaporasi
