Holla, I am Mama Sloot. I lived in various countries before for my study and work. I am such a foodie but living in a Western country as an Asian has been a rough journey because my tastebud is very very Asian. Hence I try to learn how to cook what I craved for on my own.

🥣 INGREDIENTS:

Caramel Sauce :
3 slices - banana / pisang
2 tbsp - butter / margarin
2 tbsp - sugar / gula
1 tsp - vanilla extract / vanilli
2 tsp - cinnamon powder / bubuk kayu manis

Custard :
5 - eggs / telur
80 g - sugar / gula
2 tsp - cinnamon powder / bubuk kayu manis
1 tsp - nutmeg / bubuk pala
2 tsp - vanilla extract / vanilli
140 ml - milk / susu
4-5 pieces - bread / roti

Toppings :
1 tsp - powdered sugar / gula bubuk
n/a - chocolate sauce / coklat leleh
