Telangana Delegation Visits Amaravati to Study APNRT Model for NRT Centre Setup

A delegation of Telangana MLAs visited Amaravati to study the functioning of the Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu (APNRT) organization. The Telangana government is considering establishing a similar NRT centre in the state, modeled after the programs being carried out by APNRT for Non-Resident Andhra Pradesh Telugu communities. With this objective in mind, a representative team was sent to Amaravati for a detailed study. State representatives briefed the Telangana delegation on the measures being taken by APNRT to rescue Telugu people who have been stranded abroad after being deceived by agents, and to bring them back to their home state.
