The Florida Panther is one of the apex predators of the Florida Wetlands. Smart predators weigh the risk of injury before attacking. The opossum has 50 teeth, more than any other mammal. And most of them are needle sharp. And just to make sure the panther was aware of this, the opossum beared his teeth for the panther to get a good look. There are easier and less dangerous meals in the swamp.
