"I feel like I'm lying" / "I'm craving infatuation" Q&A's (ROCD)

We asked our Facebook Community what questions they had for us. These were the top two most requested questions for this week. *Both members gave us full permission to use their question for this video*

Question 1: "I was wondering if you could talk a bit about the feeling of lying to yourself and that you will always be unhappy in the future. I know love is a choice and not a feeling but sometimes I find myself wondering if this is the choice I want which makes me even more anxious and contemplating what is the right person or even the concept of why we need a relationship"

Question 2: "I crave the feeling infatuation brings. It’s like a drug. How do I get myself to no longer want or need that? I think about leaving my husband to get that feeling with someone else even knowing that it will end with them too and I would just spend my life going from one relationship to another?"
