Push Exercises With Theraband Resistance Band | Occupational Therapy
This is part 2 of the Thera band Series.
In this video we are going to do pushing exercises using theraband or resistance bands. Pushing motion is usually accomplished by using our chest, triceps and shoulder muscles. As an occupational therapist, we like to improve our patient strength and efficiency with self-care by doing exercises. A lot of therapists use therabands because they are very efficient and effective. The resistance is consistent in the entirety of the motion. When you stretch and release the Thera band, the resistance is almost always the same.
The exercises includes:
1. Chest Press
2. Lateral Raises
3. Triceps Extensions
4. Front Raises
5. Military Press
6. Chest Flys
