Maximum weight loss lunches//EAT MORE WEIGH LESS

Hey Guys! I'm so excited to be collaborating on this video with @Plantiful Kiki and @High Carb Hannah to show you my go to maximum vegan weight loss lunches!

These are meals that I make every week, and as a busy mum it's so crucial for me to have food that tastes great, doesn't take long to make or clean up and that helps keep me FULL and satisfied so I can go about my day without fighting hunger.
For so many years I tried to fight hunger only to end up bingeing on the weekends because it got too hard. I felt like a failure until I learnt that you CAN eat to lose weight, without going hungry. Life changing!!
