Today, we show you how to make a classic mit banchan called Myeolchi Bokkeum. Mit Banchan are common side dishes that are made in large batches and stored in the refrigerator. They're typically very humble dishes that pair well with rice. Myeolchi Bokkeum is one of the most famous Mit Banchan. It's sweet, salty and slightly crispy! Typically, Korean moms feed their young kids this banchan. I personally was never a big fan, until now... We've revamped it for our grown-up palates heh! Enjoy neighbors!!
