04:10 Cues- No bouncing step back, stand up.
04:50 Intermediate level
05:00 Cues- Knees and shoulders in a straight line throughout the movement, knees straight forward and past your toes, push backwards, and NO BOUNCE as you come up.
05:50 Advanced level
05:55 WARNING: Make sure you are able to perform the beginners and intermediate level with a good form before trying this.
06:30 Cues: Lean back, knees past and drop below your toes, hold your balance and control!
07:04 Tip-Good exercise to add at the beginning of your workout.
