RBWM Local Elections - WWRA Proposals for Care for the Elderly

Cllr. Carole Da Costa explains her proposals and budget to improve Care for the Elderly and vulnerable following reports of failure by contractors, and absent welfare and audit checks putting dearly loved family members at significant risk.
