What's missing from RBWM's Climate Leadership proposal 30092021

At the RBWM Cabinet on 30 September 2021, Cllr Stimson presented a paper to set up a Borough Wide Climate Partnership funded by £250,000 per annum for three years.
We are all in this together and, we must together make radical changes but, Cllr Da Costa seeks to ensure that the paper isn’t just lip service that avoids the really key issues that will drive the radical achievement needed to stave of Climate Change, Biodiversity extinctions, plastic pollution and infrastructure collapse.
