Cllr Wisdom Da Costa speaking in favour of a Windsor Town Council

Following a petition by a group of residents led by WWRA Chair, Richard Endacott, Andre Walker, Cllr Wisdom Da Costa and others in July 2019, on 28 July 2020, RBWM finally proposed a governance review which should result in the creation of a Windsor Town Council thus, increasing, and equalising democracy and control for Windsor residents.

Cllr Da Costa’s speech includes some interesting facts about our glorious town and why power and accountability should be returned to residents, the people we represent.
