- 30 mins of exercise daily (strength training atleast twice a week)
- A 20 min afternoon nap
- have a wholesome snack betwee 4-6 pm
- go gadget-free 60 mins before bedtime

2. 3 things you must avoid -
- Dieting
- Detox
- Distracted eating

3. Top 5 foods for hormonal balance -
- Overnight soaked raisins and kesar first thing in the morning
- Lesser known seasonal vegetables
- Seasonal and special millets like kuttu, rajgira, etc.
- Dahi or chaas with your meals or as mid-meal
- Aliv and other local seeds, in traditional forms
