So i created this beach version of my island cake.Hope you will love this too as the island jelly cake. Here You can find the recipes for my easy two ingredients Chocolate Mousse and the coconut flavored gelatin. You can use any cake cake or mousse for this.Make sure to cover everything in melted chocolate or ganache to prevent the cakes getting soggy from the water.
