Vintage Screwdriver Restoration

In this video I will be restoring a vintage Marples screwdriver.
I bought this screwdriver at a local boot sale for 20p. At the time of purchase I had planned to make a handle by hand. However I managed to stumble across a lathe with an upgraded motor and a variable speed controller along with tools for £100.
Making this screwdriver handle was the second time I had ever touched a lathe. To my surprise I managed to successfully create a useable handle without too many mistakes.
